Clixal Labs is basically Nate’s brain space for pursuing hardware and software ideas that probably would not fit neatly anywhere else.
It is a place to experiment, build things, follow interesting problems and see how far an idea can be pushed.
Sometimes that might mean a physical product, sometimes software, sometimes a game, and sometimes something that sits somewhere in between.
The common thread is simple: make thoughtful things that feel good to use.
The first game from Clixal Labs is Deskairo Grow, a cosy desktop gardening game designed to sit quietly alongside your day.
It started life as a tiny hardware farming concept and eventually grew into a full standalone game, which feels like a pretty good introduction to what Clixal Labs is all about.
More ideas are already taking shape.
